The vineyards are organically farmed and planted over the region’s famous tuffeau, the soft white limestone that runs beneath much of Saumur.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAnd that limestone is exactly where Terres Blanches gets its name.
