After a spontaneous fermentation, it goes through a second fermentation right in the bottle using fresh grape must. It stays unfiltered, leaving the spent yeast in the bottle and giving the wine its characteristic haze, texture and slightly yeasty character.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA little cloudy, a little fizzy and extremely easy to drink.
