Today, the family continues his work, farming organically and making wine with indigenous yeasts and very little intervention in the cellar.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2024 comes from old Gamay vines rooted in Morgon’s poor granitic soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo traditional semi-carbonic maceration without added yeast or sulphur during fermentation, followed by around nine months of aging in old wood.
