Think juicy strawberry, tart cherry and dark raspberry with florals, dried herbs and a subtle savoury edge. It’s completely dry, with bright acidity and enough texture and grip to blur the line between rosé and a very light red.

Roselana is Pearl Morissette’s decidedly unconventional take on rosé. The 2024 fruit is harvested and fermented separately, with a short five-day stay on the skins before the wine comes together in concrete.
