The grapes are harvested by hand, then slowly fermented while macerating on their skins for three weeks.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTramín Červený literally means “red Traminer,” a reference to the pinkish-red colour of the grape skins, not the finished wine. It’s essentially Gewürztraminer, but here the extended skin contact takes all those famously floral aromatics and adds tannin, spice and a distinctly savoury edge.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFloral, textured, spicy and completely dry.
