Crafted from rich cotton felt in a deep burgundy red, this six-panel, custom cut-and-sew hat is designed for comfort, structure, and everyday wear. Finished with brass hardware at the adjustable back strap and a matching grommet detail, it feels considered, elevated, and built to last.
We designed these hats with real heads in mind. Both of us have larger-than-average head sizes and could never find hats that actually fit, so we created our own custom pattern with an extended circumference that comfortably fits up to an 8" head width. Just as important, we built in a deeper crown so the hat sits lower and more naturally on your head. No awkward high-rise fit. Just a relaxed, easy profile that feels good the moment you put it on.
